Bucks Plumbing and Heating have undertaken numerous large-scale plumbing and heating projects on behalf of a number of commercial customers. We pride ourselves on our ability to finish projects to the exact specifications of our customers whilst maintaining high levels of cost efficiency, flexibility and safety. Some of our most recent commercial work includes:

• Golden Mede Housing Development, Waddesdon. 2021. Golden Mede is no ordinary place to live. It is a remarkable residential project, led by the Rothschild Foundation, that builds on the tradition and commitment of the Rothschild family to arts and heritage and protecting the environment.

• Duchy Field, Bletchingdon. 2021. The new homes have been developed on a site owned by the Duchy of Cornwall. The architecture is in keeping with the surroundings and embraces traditional forms and building materials with great attention to character and quality.

• Plum Park Hotel, Towcester. 2021. The Victorian manor house and courtyard are surrounded by manicured parkland and formal gardens. The manor house has been lovingly restored to its former glory while the courtyard has been sympathetically converted into luxury hotel accommodation.

We work with a number of New Build Contractors and Insurance Contractors. We understand that the requirements of commercial clients can differ greatly, and we are happy to accommodate the individual needs of each commercial customer.
